Use your profiles on social media outlets to draw customers to your store and encourage them to make purchases. Learn the posting patterns on social sites. The peak traffic times for many of these sites are at 7 A.M., 5 P.M. and 10 P.M. and those are the times that you should be sure to post something new. When your customers want to contact you on your social media, always respond in a timely manner. Do not let messages sit for days unread.
